Quesedillas are great for quick and easy meals. Plus they are delicious with little effort. How about use up some of your Thanksgiving leftovers by throwing them into a quesedilla? If you’ve never done it before you should try it out.

Adding your leftover turkey and cranberry sauce to your quesadilla is brilliant and really adds great flavor. It’s a very yummy and turns out having a lovely presentation.

What you’ll need:
-less fat cream cheese
-dried thyme
-cranberry sauce
-turkey breast
-balsamic glaze
