-flax seed
-bananas
-maple syrup
-coconut oil
-cane sugar or coconut sugar
-vanilla extract
-apple cider vinegar
-cinnamon
-sea salt
-baking powder
-quick cooking or small flakes oats
-baking soda
-white whole wheat or spelt flour
