If you’ve never tried Zucchini & Spaghetti Squash you are missing out! It is so delicious and also healthy! I love everything about this dish. It is so flavorful and light.

One of my favorite parts is the addition of pine nuts. It adds a yummy crunch to the dish! This wonderful recipe is a great must-try, and it is also gluten free!




What you’ll need:
-olive oil
-zucchini
-garlic cloves
-spaghetti squash
-freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
-pine nuts
-salt and pepper
