Eat healthy this new year! Here is a great recipe that is good for you but also very flavorful. In my opinion, salmon has never tasted so good! This recipe for Panko Crusted Honey Mustard Salmon is quick and easy!

With a prep time of 10 minutes and a cook time of 15 minutes dinner will be ready in no time. It is simple yet delicious. I’m also not a huge fan of fish but this recipe doesn’t give off much of a fishy taste, which is awesome! The lemon plus breadcrumbs really complete this meal. Serve with a side of veggies and you’re all set!




What you’ll need:
-salmon fillets
-dijon mustard
-honey
-clove garlic
-Panko bread crumbs
-fresh parsley
-lemon zest
-olive oil
-salt and pepper
