I’m totally a fan of Andes Mints, the chocolate plus mint is perfection. When I came across this recipe I didn’t have to taste it to fall in love, just look at those beautiful pictures! Try not to drool all over your keyboard!

These brownies are amazingly fudgy with the perfect amount of minty flavor. The best part is that they’re not hard at all to make! The preparation time is only 10 minutes!




What you’ll need:
-unsalted butter
-dark or bittersweet chocolate
-large eggs
-granulated sugar

-vanilla extract
-brewed coffee
-instant espresso granules, optional but recommended
-all-purpose flour
-Andes mints
-semi-sweet chocolate chips
