-vegetable oil
-greek yogurt
-large eggs
-vanilla extract
-all-purpose flour
-baking soda
-ground cinnamon & ground nutmeg
-finely grated carrots
-pecan pieces

Icing
-cream cheese
-unsalted butter
-confectioners’ sugar
-heavy cream & vanilla extract
-salt
