Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Pot Pie
This is a genius way to use up those Thanksgiving leftovers. It’s also very yummy! I love comforting food. Although this recipe is not just comfort food, it’s also comforting that you’re using up those leftovers! Clear out the fridge buy taking your leftovers and adding them to a delicious pot pie.
First you make the filling in a large skillet. Next you divide that luscious filling into ramekins (small dishes for baking/serving). Add your puff pastry to the top and add some holes for ventilation. Throw them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your “I can’t believe it’s leftovers” meal!
