Cheesy scalloped potatoes might be one of my favorite sides, and I’m not talking about those boxed kind! Making them homemade saves money and they taste way better! You will fall in love with these tender potato slices. Oh but the best part in the rich, creamy, cheesy, garlic sauce. It’s amazing.

Sometimes I’m tempted to eat them as my main dish, but I still make sure to get a slice of meat on my dish. Right when you pull this out of the oven everyone will be drooling over your lovely homemade scalloped potatoes!

What you’ll need:
-all-purpose flour

-whole milk
-shredded cheese
-chives, snipped

-large yukon gold potatoes
