Here’s a great go-to fall season meal. Indian style! From one look at the pictures my mouth was watering! This meal looks amazing! I love curry dishes like this one. I also slow crockpot meals, so this recipe will definitely be going on my must try list! Serve a large scoop over rice and you’ll have the perfect combination. There is also a dairy-free recipe option in case you would prefer that!




What you’ll need:
-boneless skinless chicken thighs
-onion & garlic
-tomato paste
-whole ginger
-garam masala
-paprika
-kosher salt
-diced tomatoes
-heavy cream or coconut milk
-fresh cilantro
-rice
