I truly love this casserole! It is so easy and delicious!

This dish can be made with Gluten free pasta if you choose to. YES, you can eat gluten free and still enjoy all kinds of delicious food!



All you need is:

  •  whole wheat penne/fusilli pasta
  • olive oil, extra virgin
  •  onion
  •  garlic cloves
  • ground turkey, extra lean
  • tomato sauce
  •  honey or maple syrup
  • kale
  •  low fat mozzarella cheese
  • italian parsley, chopped
